Art and Craft

Making creative things with our skillful pair of hands is a form of art and craft. Art and craft is something that can be branched into handicraft or traditional craft. Traditional craft simply refers to doing things in an old fashioned way. Some of the craft have been practiced for a long period of time, while others are modern and newer inventions that are being practiced in a very small and limited area.<??>    

Majority of the craft requires a mixture of skills, patience, technique and speed. However, there are still some art and craft that just needs basic level of skills and competency. It gives people chances to learn. Art and craft is one of the things that can be mastered easily. Almost all of us have the ability to do it, but it all narrows down to how well they are done. To excel in art and craft, creativity is nevertheless, one of the most important factors.  

People who are good in art tend to be very creativity in their mind. They have many ideas and are able to come up with new ones easily. Generally, they are all very interested in what they are doing. Some minorities are even equipped with natural creativity skills.  

Till this date, art and craft is still one of the important subjects that one should learn. It is classified as one of the compulsory subjects in primary and lower secondary education. Many community centres have also opened up classes, enrichment programmes and/or workshops that teach basic and advance level of craft skills. This is specially catered to the group of people who are keen to learn more about it. Without any doubt, this is still one of the most popular subjects and its popularity is increasing rapidly.
