Food Science and Nutrition

Food Science and Nutrition is a diploma that place emphasis in food science. Besides, it provides students with a good foundation in the food industry and trains them particularly in areas of food quality and safety. To allow them to have a better understanding of the competitive food business out there, students are taught the basics of both marketing and business.
