Sleep the basic of health and wellness. Having a good night of rest is the most fundamental way
to defend stress and promoting health and wellness. Firstly we should ensure that we obtain enough sleep. The
amount of sleep needed varies from person to person however it is true to say that during your stress
periods, more sleep is required. Do take caution as taking too much sleep can make you feel sluggish and
uncomfortable throughout the day, diluting health and wellness. Sleeping problems are very common in those
facing with high levels of stress thus do not worry unnecessarily if you are having a few bad nights as you
can easily catch up on your sleep after on good night of sleep. If you have problems sleeping, reduce your
overall intake caffeinated drinks such as coffee and tea also try to tire yourself out in the day by doing
physical exercises to promote health and wellness in your body
