Interior Design   

Interior Design is a 3 years full time course and interior design core modules are mostly year-long with full in-course assessment. Interior design focus on the creativity and the integrated studio-oriented project based learning environment will enhance the detailing and designing skills of the students.

Students from Interior Design will be trained to manage implementation of projects, communicate and present designs with the use of multimedia technology and develop design with quality detailing. Integrate technology, theory and design are also part of the creative process that is taught to the students. As time goes by, they will be able to master the skills of articulating and presenting design ideas and processes.    
  

Apart from that, interior design students will be educated on computer-aided documentation and presentation skills with the use of software. They will be learning sketching skills and basic manual drawing during their first year of study, along with the basic theory of technology and designing. By doing this, they can apply their creative and potential thinking skills into their projects. There are also practice-oriented environment to train them to be physically and mentally independent workers and team players in an interior design practice. In addition, elective subjects and modules will be offered to them so as to ensure and prepare the students for the all-rounded knowledge-based economy.  

Upon graduation, students from Interior Design can find themselves jobs in areas such as model-making companies, furniture design firms, interior design firms or even computer graphics and animation. They can be an interior designer, project manager that specialize in interior works and etc. On the other hand, students who had done well can advance their studies to pursue a degree in local and overseas universities
