Recognise you need help:
Stress builds up when you try something
over and over to no avail. Recognise there’s a need to seek help! Maybe talk to your mommy, hire a tutor? Or
gather a group of friends to study together! Friends r awesome :D
Planning ahead and actually EXECUTING
it:
To assure yourself you’re on track, always
plan ahead and set a to-do list! Before starting a day of work, promise yourself to stick to your to-do
list. But of course, be realistic! And oh, remember to actually DO IT! Don’t end up doing things last
minute only to feel stressed and exhausted.
Prioritise!:
We all know there are so many things we could
be doing with our time. We could be stalking that hot guy through Facebook, or the hot swimmer who walks
pass your window EVERYDAY! But seriously, what’s your priority right now? If it is your studies then set
it right and actually recognise that it is your top priority. Don’t end up regretting,
okay?
Be
thick-skinned:
Keep asking! Ask for help, ask for hints, ask
for tips. Just keep asking! Because if you don’t ask, whose going to tell you? Only when you ask, people
answer, and you know. So keep asking okay! Do not wait till you realized you don’t know what others know,
so stressful!
